In an ironic twist of fate—or technical snafus—there is no call recording for yesterday’s community gathering about Sharing Your Voice.

We had a beautiful conversation about what it can look like to put sharing your voice into practice—how uncomfortable it can feel and how exciting it can be! We also ventured into how to convince other team members to embrace the somewhat radical outlook of integrating one’s various voices and themes into one unified message rather than trying to conform to a specific niche.

Establishing a cohesive personal brand and message that resonates with one's true passion and vision is the surest way I know to connect with those you genuinely wish to serve with your business. To me, it doesn’t seem radical—it feels like integrity.
